Property Services

What we do

VPS Property Services manage service solutions for a range of properties. We operate within the Social Housing, Commercial and Private Sectors to help reduce the time properties are empty and we work on properties to get them back to a lettable standard as quickly as possible. We are able to deliver a range of Property Service solutions through a single point of contact.

We are specialists in the clearance of waste, rubbish and junk that is left in untended or empty properties, including the removal of needles and other hazardous materials.

We also undertake cleaning services ranging from  refreshing  the property through to ‘deep’ cleans.

We  will undertake minor repairs to enhance the presentation of your property. Our services also extend to the unpleasant areas of pest control and mould eradication.

Legislation

Many companies providing property services do not carry the required accreditations and some even carry out waste removal without a licence. This may lead to fly tipping with the responsibility falling back to the Landlord.

All of our operatives are given relevant training to ensure they carry out their daily jobs professionally and at all times in accordance with current health and safety legislation. We are fully accredited through CHAS and are ISO14001 environmental and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety standard accredited.
